Diode laser surgery – no damages and a speedy recovery!

We are now equipped with the state-of-the-art soft-tissue diode laser! The laser has a specific wavelength that only targets soft tissue, meaning no damage to surrounding teeth or bone, resulting in a much faster healing time.

Post-procedure downtime is reduced to a minimum. Our diode laser can be used for shaping overgrown gums, removing excess soft tissue, disinfection, and other soft tissue procedures.

This is a much more sophisticated treatment option for minor soft tissue surgery, than the old-school scalpel method.

Before the procedure, your Leeming dentist will numb the area of gum receiving treatment. You won’t feel any pain during the procedure. We provide special protective glasses – ensuring your eyes are fully protected from the laser.
